After seeing declines in quality from MegaMax I decided to give this thin, yet absorbent diaper a try. I was not disappointed!As an active adult who wears for medical reasons, I was pleased at the low rise of this diaper yet the waistband is comfortable and helps contain blowouts.The refastenable tapes are perfect for times when I can make it to the commode or when I’m at the doctor; the diaper slips right off and can go right back on, without wasting one.The crinkle is minimal and I forgot I was wearing a diaper. It doesnt bulge in my pants and stays discreet.The diaper itself is perfect for days I have to go to the office because it holds everything its asked to and contains odors as well. The performance is the difference of having to change several times a day versus changing a lunch — but it’s certainly held up to all day wear as well.

This is the best diaper on the market. I have tried most of the other competing brands and they don’t come close. This diaper is so comfy all around and holds up to multiple wetting’s, never a leak. When I’m in the diapering mood I will usually put one on before bed time because sleeping in them feels amazing and the hybrid velcro tapes stay snug and in place the whole time. I buy the XL even though I fit large just fine, I just like that bigger fit better. To me they feel like what I imagine a real plastic backed baby diaper would feel like, especially with the leg elastics that give the diaper a good ruffling effect around the cheeks 😆. I have worn these out in public under loose fitting close and nobody has ever noticed not once. Loose fitting cargo shorts are the best during the summer because the pockets hide the outline of the diaper underneath and paired up with a size bigger than you normally wear tshirt, will overlap the waistband covering the diaper in the front and back. They do have a bit of a crinkle so if you were going to a quiet place someone may notice, I say big deal ain’t they’re biz. But for going shopping or picking up some take out would not be an issue.Don’t change a thing with this diaper. Although you could make them less expensive. But if that’s why this diaper is so well made I don’t have a problem with it.

I’ve always had trouble staying dry at night and have tried many diapers over the years. This is perhaps the best fitting, most absorbent diaper I’ve ever worn for night time use. Absolutely amazing how much they hold with no leaks. The hook and loop fasteners are by far the best part. No more tapes ripping or coming undone. These are perfect. Don’t look at anything else if you are considering for help with bedwetting. Incontrol has won me over with these to help stay dry at night.

Previously tried other Rearz products and did not like so much. This however is the best diaper I have ever tried and will continue to purchase these.Plastic backed but velcro tapes (apparently called hook and loop.) Refasten as many times as you need to– seriously could probably adjust 50 times, no issues. High capacity, no tears or leaks, extremely comfortable. Nothing negative.As with all diapers sometimes the sizing for a specific individual means that sometimes you will be between sizes (medium too small, large too large.) For me the large is perfect. 5’8 about 250. Trying to lose weight but as for sizing for the future I will cross that bridge later. Definitely give these a try.

These diapers are extremely comfortable and absorb very well. Up there with the most absorbent diapers I’ve worn. Immediately out of the bag, I noticed they weren’t quite as wide as the InControl Inspires or Essentials. Not quite as thick as I imagined but swell quite a bit when wet. The leak guards are great and the Velcro tapes definitely make it nice for readjustments. These would be great for both daytime and nighttime. Overall amazing diapers that hold a lot!

Normally I don’t write reviews, let alone on an incontinent product. However I have to with these. I love Rearz and their products. But these just take the cake! They fit true to size. The leg cuffs are wider than any others I have tried so you actually get a secure and confident fit around the legs. They are very comfortable and they do hold a lot without leaking. The hybrid tapes actually hold well and the measured landing zone is a huge bonus because you will get an even fit as well as a secure fit every time. Definitely a diaper I’m confident in wearing without wondering ifI’m going to leak and have an embarrassing accident before I can change.

The feel nice. Like the hook and loop. Whish they were just a little wider in the hip on the lower half where the botton tapes are. But I am just kind of too big maybe. Medium are really snug and large is way to big for me!

The hybrid design is a great idea and well executed. The plastic is nice and smooth and the diaper is very thick and well built. The sap holds up really nice and doesn’t turn into gel too much which is nice. The capacity is very good too definitely a well built well thought out diaper, only downside I can think of is how expensive a case of three is but I guess you get what you pay for
